YOUR JOURNEY. YOUR RIGHTS.

LET’S START WITH YOUR TRIP

A LITTLE CLARITY GOES A LONG WAY

Less confusion.
More forward.

You don’t need to be an expert.
You just need a place to start.

03

Choose your next move

Claim directly with the airline, use our free letter template, or explore optional help. You stay in control.

IT’S WORTH KNOWING

A delay can cost you.
Know what you
could be owed.

For qualifying EU261 claims, reference amounts depend on the flight distance — not the price of your ticket.

Understand the amounts
SHORT HAUL

€250

Up to 1,500 km

A shorter hop.
MEDIUM HAUL

€400

1,500–3,500 km

A little further.

Reference amounts, not a payout promise. Long flights wholly within the EU use the €400 band; reductions and exceptions may apply. UK261 has separate GBP amounts. Route, cause, arrival delay and other facts matter.

Read the full rights guide
Is the flight rights check really free?

Yes. The checker, guides and claim-letter builder are free to use. There’s no account to create and no obligation to use a claims company.

Does a three-hour delay guarantee compensation?

No. Arrival delay is only part of the picture. Your route, operating airline, the cause of the disruption and other circumstances affect whether compensation may be due.

Do I have to use a claims company?

No. You can contact the airline directly and keep control of the process. A claims company is optional and may charge a fee or retain part of any compensation. Read its terms before deciding.

What if the disruption was outside the airline’s control?

Extraordinary circumstances can affect compensation, but separate rights to care, refunds or rerouting may still apply. Ask the airline for its explanation and check the official guidance.

Will you look up my flight or submit a claim?

No. This is a self-reported educational check, not a live flight-data service. We don’t verify airline records or submit claims. The letter builder creates a draft for you to review and send yourself.
